For all PC Build & PC Cleaning requests, an invoice will be produced and sent to you which must be paid in full before any work can begin. You will then receive a confirmation on estimated time of completion and contacted prior to delivery before the PC is delivered or shipped.  

PC Diagnostics & Repair services, we offer a no fix, no fee guarantee, but a deposit of £20 is applicable which will be refunded if we are unable to diagnose any issues with your system. If an issue is diagnosed, you will be contacted with the results and a quote to fix the issue. Any quotes will be subject to labour and parts costs, minus your £20 deposit. If you decide you do not wish to carry out the repairs after our quotation, the £20 deposit will be retained for our time diagnosing your system.
